PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2025-02
The City of Moab Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 10, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on Proposed Ordinance 2025-02 - An Ordinance Amending the Moab Municipal Zoning Map for property located at 198 E Center Street, Moab, UT 84532, from C-2 Commercial-Residential Zone, to C-3 Central Commercial Zone. The proposed zone change is for the entire property, approximately 14199.27 sf, as requested by the property owner/applicant Taylor Lawrence. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Moab City Planning Commission concerning the proposed action at the aforementioned time and place.
