Several temporary road closures will occur this week to accommodate concrete and asphalt work for the Downtown Dispersed Parking project.
Crews will be replacing asphalt on 100 East between 100 North and 200 North. The street will be closed to through traffic through Aug. 16. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
The intersection of 200 North and 100 West will be closed through Sunday, Aug. 18, while crews pour the concrete waterway. A detour route is in place. Motorists are advised to drive with caution.
Other Project Work
Landscaping crews will be onsite for the next few weeks as they continue working on the islands. Motorists may experience intermittent parking limitations as the landscaping crew works. As construction progresses, area businesses and residents should be prepared at times for one-way traffic, access interruptions, no on-street parking, and traffic delays while work is occurring.
