PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED PLANNING RESOLUTION 06-2025
The City of Moab Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on proposed Planning Resolution 06-2025, A Planning Resolution approving the proposed Payment-in-Lieu of Parking Special Exception Request, for the property located at 35 E Main Street, Moab, UT 84532, specific to the Change of Use Planning Application Approval for The Press – Eating and Retail Establishment; as requested by the applicant and property owner. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Moab City Planning Commission concerning the proposed action at the aforementioned time and place.
