PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED RECORD OF DECISION 06-2025, HIDEOUT ESTATES SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT
The City of Moab Planning Coordinator will hold a Public Hearing on Monday April 7, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on the proposed Administrative Approval, Record of Decision 06-2025, Hideout Estates Subdivision Final Plat, for the property located at 671 N 500 W, Moab, UT 84532. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Moab City Planning Coordinator concerning the proposed action at the aforementioned time and place.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Recorder’s Office at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532; or phone (435) 259-5121 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
