Paying the same amount each month (level payments) can help you conveniently budget by minimizing the impact of seasonal swings of water and sewer consumption.
The customer will always be responsible to pay only for actual consumption by the end of their participation in the program.
The account will never become delinquent.
Who Qualifies?
Residential customers.
Must be enrolled in our Auto Pay through Xpress Bill Pay.
Must reside in residence and have service at the same address for 12 continuous months.
Must have a ZERO balance before enrolling.
Must have a good payment history (no more than two late payments and/or service interruptions) in the last 24 months.
How does it work?
We average your last 12 months of billing to determine your Equal Pay amount.
Your plan is reviewed annually to compare the estimated amount to your actual usage. Any difference will be billed or credited based on the option selected during enrollment.
We monitor your plan year-round and sometimes make changes mid-year to ensure that you do not have a large amount owing at the end of the year.
