Members
The Audit Committee is a four-member board appointed by the Moab City Council. The committee consists of three voting members -- one elected City Council member, one city staff member, and one member with no affiliation to the city as an employee or elected official, who has demonstrated knowledge and experience in audit, finance, risk, and controls.
